U.S. Shipping
- Free shipping available on all orders $25 or higher
- Free or discounted shipping will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on most economical method (most orders arrive 1-3 business days after order)
- Ground shipping (most orders arrive 1-5 business days after order)
- Orders before 2:30pm Eastern Time Zone ship the same business day
Returns
- Free returns on all shipments if an error by Concrete Fasteners occurred when processing the order
- If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Material may only be returned after obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
- Email sales@concretefasteners.com for Return Authorization Number.
- Product returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment and will be accepted only after the material has been verified as in undamaged condition.
- There are no returns on special orders or custom merchandise.
- A minimum 20% handling charge will be imposed on all materials returned.
- Partial boxes will not be given credit.

Refunds
- Net 30 term orders: credit memos will be issued for all material returns, and will be applied to future purchases.
- Credit Card orders: credit card used for original transaction will be credited.
- PayPal orders: method use for original transaction will be credited.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. All freight cost relating to returned items is paid by the customer. Products received that arrive damaged or incomplete will not be credited. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, although assistance can be given by providing pictures of damaged shipment.
